Ginny has been a REALTOR® since 1994. Her career began with
being a sales associate for two large franchise real estate offices. In
addition to that valuable experience, she was an on-site agent for new construction
for a national residential home builder for nearly two years. In 1999 Ginny
was the top salesperson for this builder in the Guilford County market by
closing $7.6 M. She also has worked for other local developers.
She has proven her commitment to furthering her real estate expertise
by obtaining the prestigious ABR, CRS and GRI designations. The Accredited Buyer Representative(ABR) designation is designed for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients. The Certified Residential
Specialist designation is awarded to less than 5% of REALTORS ® nationwide.
It is the highest credential awarded to sales associates in the residential
sales field and recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience
and education. Ginny has also attained the designation Graduate, REALTORS®
Institute (GRI), which is held by only 25% of REALTORS ® nationwide.

Patty Webb, Broker/REALTOR®
Patty has an extensive knowledge of Real Estate; including 10 years of property management, mortgage lending, real estate investments, short sales, foreclosures and residential home sales. She graduated Cum Laude from UNC-Greensboro in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development & Family Studies and a Minor in Sociology. She also obtained a Project Management certificate in 2000.
Patty has a passion for helping others and enjoys "shopping" for homes. Patty, along with her husband and three children live in Northwest Greensboro. In her free time, she enjoys time with family and friends, attending church, gardening, and traveling.
